GoApp – Terms and Conditions
GoApp (Netherlands) B.V., sole and exclusive holder of the rights relating to the https://blog.woof.pet website, the GoApp.pet application and the intellectual property associated therewith (including but not limited to the trademark GoApp.pet), sets forth these “Terms and Conditions” (“Terms and Conditions”), with the goal of allowing users, whether or not registered at the Go Platform (as defined below) (“User”) to use the application, site, social networks, as well as any other form of media, whether available on the Internet or not, owned by GoApp (“Go Platform”).
These Terms and Conditions of Use are divided into four parts:
• Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities, where you can find a description of your relationship with GoApp and other Users, as a Go Platform User;
• Security, Privacy and Intellectual Property, where we describe our use of your data as a User and provide further detail on the protection of your privacy and the intellectual property contained in the Go Platform;
• Other, where we tell you everything else you need to know about the Go Platform.
Declaration of Rights and Obligations
We love animals. In order to achieve our objectives that have driven us to develop the Go Platform we have prepared as part of these Terms and Conditions this Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities (“DDR”). This DDR sets forth the terms of service that govern your relationship, as a User, with other Users, the GoApp, the pets registered in the Go Platform, as well as your interactions with the brands, products, and services offered at the Go Platform. In the case that such brands, products, and services have separate terms of use, and these terms are in conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the terms of use associated with such brands, products and service shall prevail with respect to the use of their respective brands, products and services in relation to these Terms and Conditions specifically regarding the point in conflict.
By navigating, downloading any content or using the Go Platform and as an condition for your visit, download or use, as the case may be, you fully agree with the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to describe your rights and obligations as a User and to preserve the safe use by you of the Go Platform. Our goal is to preserve the best interest of the animals registered at the Go Platform and of the Go Community as a whole.

Objectives and Principles.
Go Platform is a pet-centric platform. This means that we have created the Go Platform aiming at improving pets’ quality of life and helping other pet owners with busy lives like ourselves to take better care of their pets.
The Go Platform is an online community that allows humans who love animal to connect with each other and with their animals.
We have created tools with the purpose of bringing smiles to the users, and barks, meows and happy neighs for the animals registered in the Go Platform.
Across the globe, there are countless abandoned animals waiting for a new home. As a result, we do not support the commerce of animals.
Our mission is to help abandoned animals to find new families, help lost animals to find their homes and to allow those who love animals to connect with each other and their pets.
The Go Platform is an online community that allows Users to:
• Connect with each other based on their pet interest;
• Register pet-related activities;
• Shop for pet products; and
• Shop for pet services.
We have created tools with the purpose of bringing smiles to the users, and barks, meows and happy neighs for the animals registered in the Go Platform.

Features
The Go Platform consists of four parts: Go Community, My Pet Calendar, Go Shop and Go Services.
Go Community
The objective of the Go Community is to connect those who are love animals.
At Go Community you can:
• Register animals for adoption;
• Find animals for adoption;
• Search for lost animals;
• Inform about lost animals;
• Find friends for your pet;
• Interact with other Users through messages, actions like ‘favoriting’ animals and sharing posts on other platforms, applications and via email; and
• Advertise products and campaigns related to animals – except those related to the commercialization of animals as that is against one of the principles of the Go Platform – help lost animals registered in the Go Platform to find new families.
At Go Community, Users can view and search in three ways:
• Search engine: by using the search engine located on the top of the Go Community feed, typing a search term (i.e. a pet name, a type of animal or a breed);
• Filtering: by using our filtering system located on the top right corner of the Go Community feed, which will direct the results of your search specifically to the kind of animal you are looking for (status, type, breed, gender, age and/or size) and return search results by relevance and location; and
• GoMap: by using the GoMap located on the top of the Go Community feed and filtering results through our filtering tool.
GoApp reserves the right to restrict Users ‘access to certain features of the Go Platform and, as the case may be, restrict Users’ access to the Go Platform and exclude Users if it identifies behavior that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By taking the following actions, the User agrees with the following:
• When registering an animal for adoption, the User declares that such animal has been abandoned by a third party, that such animal is not being offered for sale and that the registration is being performed with the purpose of helping that abandoned animal to find a new home;
• In confirming interest in adopting an animal, the User becomes responsible for ensuring the welfare of the adopted animal and protecting it from cruel acts, including abandonment;
• When registering a lost animal that has not been found, the User declares that such animal was lost;
• When registering a lost animal that has been found, the User declares that such animal was found and commits itself to cherish the welfare of such lost animal until it finds its real owner or, if this is not possible, in the search for a new family for that animal; and
• By interacting with other Users, the User undertakes to comply with the Go Community principles described in these Terms and Conditions.
We do our best to keep the Go Platform safe. We need your help to keep the Go Platform safe and the experience fun. Please report any violations to these Terms and Conditions to us.
By using the Go Platform, you also agree to assist the Go Community as follows:
• Not to pass on to other Users animal trading offers;
• Not to send unauthorized commercial communication (such as spam);
• Not to collect content or information from other Users, as well as not to access the Go Platform, using automated means (such as bots, robots, spiders or scrapers) without prior authorization;
• Not to take part in illegal multi level marketing, such as pyramid schemes, on the Go Platform;
• Not to upload viruses or other malicious codes;
• Not to request login information of, nor access an account belonging to another User;
• Not to intimidate, harass or bully any User;
• Not to transmit offensive content, containing hate speech, threatening or obscene content; incite violence; or which contain nudity or gratuitous or graphic violence;
• Not to use the Go Platform to engage in any illegal, malicious or discriminatory act;
• Not to do anything which disables, overburdens or obstructs the appropriate functioning or appearance of the Go Platform, such as a service denial attack or and interference in page processing or of any other Go Platform functionality; and
• Not to facilitate or foster a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
My Pet Calendar
The goal of the My Pet Calendar is to help Users to take better care of their pets.
At the My Pet Calendar Users can register actions related to your pet’s meds (such as vermifuge and anti flea sprays), vaccines, vet appointments and general health info.
We created the My Pet Calendar thinking about our pains as pet owners. We know that it can be tricky to keep track of your pets’ health info.
GoShop
GoShop allows Users to shop pet products in a particular location. To improve your navigation Go Platform uses your registered pets’ data to personalize your experience and display to you products that are best tailored to your pets’ needs.
Similarly the GoShop needs Users to either include their preferred location or to allow the GoApp Platform to access their current location. Your experience with us is based on your chosen location – Users are only able to see products, services and pets at their preferred location if we receive that input.
Based on your chosen location, GoShop allows Users to shop pet products in that region. Under no circumstance GoApp shares any personal information, including location, with others. For additional information, please see the Safety, Privacy and Intellectual Property section in these Terms and Conditions and the FAQ section at our app and website.
Go Services
GoShop allows Users to hire pet services in a particular location. Go Services needs Users to either include their preferred location or to allow the GoApp Platform to access their current location. Your experience with us is based on your chosen location – Users are only able to see products, services and pets at their preferred location if we receive that input.
Based on your chosen location, Go Services allows Users to connect with local pet services providers. Service providers are handpicked by us. Our drive is to provide Users with a trustworthy and safe online and offline experience. At Go Services and as with everything in the Go Platform, we want to ensure quality standards that would make us comfortable hiring pet services for our own pets.
Under no circumstance GoApp shares any personal information, including location, with others. For additional information, please see the Safety, Privacy and Intellectual Property section in these Terms and Conditions and the FAQ at our app and website.
SAFETY, PRIVACY POLICY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Safety
GoApp wants you to use – and return – to the Go Platform. Ensuring a safe, trustworthy and fun experience is the basis of our development.
We respect all laws and regulations applicable to privacy and intellectual property – and we need you to do the same. We work hard to make the Go Platform a reality.
We count with the support of our Community to protect all Users and safeguard your rights, as well as our rights in relation to what we have developed.
We have adopted the best standards and firewalls available on the market and we follow all applicable national and international safety standards. Your information is protected by standard SSL (Geotrust) security protocol. The Go Platform is certified by a company that specializes in information security and protection.
As with other online channels, once you post information on the Go Platform, that information becomes public. The Go Platform has Users located in several countries and who identify themselves to use the Go Platform and connect with other Users. Only make publicly available information that you are comfortable with and in accordance with the guidelines of the Go Community. GoApp has no responsibility whatsoever for any content uploaded or posted by Users. We therefore ask you to be aware of the content you share on the Go Platform or from the Go Platform and let us know if you notice any activity that violates the Go Community standards of conduct.
Privacy
To allow the proper functioning of the Go Platform tools, we need you to provide some information and data, as well as authorize the use of some of your own information (eg location, access to the camera, access to the calendar, name, age, etc.). Users are only able to see products, services and pets at their preferred location if we receive that input. We do not disclose your preferred location to anyone. Our use of your personal information and data is strictly related to the enhancement of your Go Platform experience. All the data transmitted from your computer or mobile device to our servers are encrypted. Please check our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Intellectual Property
GoApp retains all rights relating to the intellectual property (including but not limited to layouts, contents, animations, executions, applications, drawings, gifs, images, videos and banners) published by us (“Intellectual Property”) at the Go Platform. The Intellectual Property may not be reproduced without prior approval except via the Go Platform or GoApp’s social networks.
In the Go Platform, you are responsible for the content you post. GoApp has no influence on any content arising from Users. The User declares that he / she owns all information and content that he or she sends to other Users through the Go Platform.
For content protected by intellectual property laws, such as photos and videos, when transmitting any content to any other User, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, global license to use such content transmitted by you. This license expires when you delete your account, except when your content has already been shared with other Users and has not been excluded from the Go Platform.
Users agree that any content they have served on the Go Platform may be used by GoApp or Users for publishing or sharing purposes in any and all media or for data collection in order to enhance the Go Platform experience and the content to which you have access to.
If in doubt about the use of GoApp’s intellectual property or that of third parties that you have obtained through the Go Platform, please contact us. We’re here to help make your Go Platform experience special.
OTHER
Registration and Account Safety
• You agree to furnish truthful information when registering with the Go Platform. This is essential to guarantee trust amongst our Users, as well as to help us guarantee that the animals registered in Go Platform are safe.
• • We understand that the commitment by all Users concerning the following acts is fundamental to safeguard your Go Platform account:
• Not to furnish any false personal information on the Go Platform, nor to create an account for a person other than you without authorization. Not to create more than one personal account.
Do not create more than one personal account.
• If we deactivate your account, not to create another one without our permission.
• Not to directly contact any other Users (via message) for your own commercial gain. For such purposes, please get in touch with us to evaluate the possibility of an advertisement on the Go Platform.
• Not to use the Go Platform if you are under 14 years old and, if you are a minor, not to use Go Platform without your legal guardian’s supervision.
• Not to use the Go Platform if you have been convicted, judicially or administratively, for animal abuse.
• To keep your registered information correct and up to date.
• Not to share your password (or, if you are a developer, your secret code), to let another person access your account or to act in any way which may compromise your account’s safety.
• Not to transfer your account without a written permission from us.
• If you select a similar username or identification, we reserve the right to remove or recover such name or identification if we see fit (for example, when the owner of a commercial brand reclaims a username which has no relation whatsoever to the user’s real name).
Mobile phones and other mobile devices
We provide our services in the Go Platform free of charge. However, please keep in mind that the use of Go Platform entails the use of data from your data package which you might have contracted with your Internet or mobile phone service provider.
Amendments
• We will notify you before we make any amendments to these Terms and Conditions and you can consult the revised terms before continuing to use the Go Platform.
• If we make changes to policies, guidelines or other terms mentioned or incorporated in these Terms and Conditions, we may submit a notice on our site.
• If you continue to use the Go Platform after such change expressed by notice to our Terms and Conditions, this will constitute your acceptance of the terms, policies or guidelines changed.
Termination
If you violate the text or the essence of our Terms and Conditions, or generate a possible risk or legal exposure to the GoApp, we may no longer provide certain features from the Go Platform. Depending on the circumstances, we may restrict your access to the Go Platform, including through the exclusion of your account. We will notify you by email about any action in this regard. You can also delete your account or disable your application at any time, safeguarding all our rights.
No Warranties
WE TRY TO MAINTAIN AN OPERATIONAL, SAFE AND ERROR-FREE PLATFORM, BUT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE PROVIDE THE GO PLATFORM, AS IT IS, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GO PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, PROTECTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GO PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS WORK WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS. GOAPP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTY ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, AND YOU EXEMPT GOAPP, OUR OFFICERS, AND AGENTS OF ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO ANY CLAIM THAT YOU HAVE AGAINST THIRD PARTIES. WE ARE NOT TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE GO PLATFORM. IN ANY CASE, VALUE SHALL NOT BE SUPERIOR TO THE CORRESPONDING VALUE OF IMPORTANCE OF R$100 (100 REAIS). IN THE CASE THAT THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR NEITHER A LIMITATION OR EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING OF ACCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL NATURE, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GO APP WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM LIMIT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
